Etsy Shop Closing＋New Contact Email

Hi there!

We would like to share an important update regarding some significant changes that are coming soon.

Our Etsy shop will be closing in August 2025.

We will continue to accept commissions via Email and Ko-fi!

Due to the changes in Etsy’s payment system, Etsy has informed us that our shop will be closed in early August, as the platform will no longer support payment processing in Taiwan.

If you have future commission requests or want to reach out to us, you can reach us in the following ways:

Our old email (nekotama.anime@outlook.com) has not been working properly since April 2nd. We’re unable to send or receive messages through it, so please use our new email instead.

Starting in July 2025, we will no longer accept new orders through Etsy.

This is to ensure we can stay in touch and handle everything smoothly after the shop closes.

From July onwards, all new commissions will be handled through New Email and Ko-fi.
