Etsy Shop Closing＋New Contact Email

Hi there!

We would like to share an important update regarding some significant changes that are coming soon.

Our Etsy shop will be closing on August 5, 2025.

We will continue to accept commissions via Email and Ko-fi!

Due to the changes in Etsy’s payment system, our Etsy shop will be closed on August 5, 2025, as the platform will no longer support payment processing in Taiwan.

If you have future commission requests or want to reach out to us, you can reach us in the following ways:

Our old email (nekotama.anime@outlook.com) has not been working properly since April 2nd. We’re unable to send or receive messages through it, so please use our new email instead.

Starting in July 2025, we will no longer accept new orders through Etsy.

This is because orders placed in July may not be completed or followed up before the shop closes.

From July onwards, all new commissions will be handled through New Email and Ko-fi.
