We have established the following policy regarding the display rights of commissioned works:

1. Confidentiality Requests

 

If you would like your commission to remain confidential for a certain period of time, please inform us in advance. Depending on the specific circumstances and requirements, an additional fee may apply. The confidentiality period will be discussed and confirmed accordingly.

Some commission types are only available with copyright buyout, such as VTuber models.

2. Display Rights of Nekotama Anime and Affiliated Artists/Riggers

​

Nekotama Anime and our affiliated artists/riggers reserve the right to display commissioned works, including the production process and the final artwork/model, for portfolio and promotional purposes.

 – We will add a watermark and will not publicly release the original full-resolution files or the complete production process.

 – We will not disclose the customer's personal information or the character's name without permission.

 – However, if the commissioned work is created for a publicly released project, such as but not limited to novels, games, or VTuber channels, and the customer provides relevant information, we may include such information when showcasing the work.

3. Display of Buyout Copyright Works

For works with a copyright buyout, we may still showcase the finished product unless the customer has specifically requested confidentiality or agreed otherwise in advance.
